📋 Description

• Manage full employee lifecycle for field and corporate staff per Mexican law.
• Guide managers and employees on workplace issues and policy interpretation.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation claims from incident to return-to-work.
• Collaborate to reinforce safety and equipment operation practices.
• Ensure compliance with Mexico employment law, wage laws and benefits.
• Lead HR across benefits, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years HR Generalist/Manager experience with field and office teams.
• Collaborative and able to advise employees at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Mexico employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Mexico benefits and payroll processes.
