📋 Description

• Manage full spectrum of human resource related activities including recruitment and manpower
• Advise on all aspects of human resource including employment laws and best practices to the
• Manage IR including counselling & disciplinary action.
• Update, review and ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed and implemented.
• Review and ensure for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
• To authorize all claims, OT and allowance payment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 – 10 years of experience in full spectrum of human resource.
• Familiarity with HR functions and execution.
• Bachelors degree in any related field
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Good communication skills.
• A strong interest in people
