HR Manager

📋 Description

• Own and coordinate the monthly Malta payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely
• Manage payroll records, timesheets, benefits and related employee documentation.
• Act as the key local HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, employee changes and offboarding.
• Manage employee benefits administration and ensure employees have a positive experience throughout
• Support and manage work permits, right-to-work checks and immigration processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of HR experience, ideally with broad ownership across HR operations, payroll and
• Strong hands-on experience managing or coordinating Malta payroll.
• Strong working knowledge of Maltese employment law, payroll requirements and HR compliance.
• Experience dealing with relevant local authorities, including identita, Jobsplus and Maltese tax
• Experience across onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, work permits and general
• Comfortable working with HRIS and payroll platforms such as BambooHR, Shireburn, ADP or similar
