🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager, TA Manager or similar role
• A business-oriented mindset and the ability to understand both current and future needs
• A natural ability to build trusted relationships with managers and challenge them constructively
• Naturally takes ownership and accountability for own area of responsibility
• Is curious and continuously looks for better and more effective ways of working
