📋 Description

• Own lifecycle contracts management planning and SLAs for APAC.
• Lead and coach the regional Contract Management team.
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, Eng, Legal and CS to optimize SOPs.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scale.
• Champion Remote’s values and the Lifecycle team’s goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations across APAC with contracts management and labour law.
• Track record scaling HR Operations across APAC with local compliance and contract management.
• Experience in fast-paced, international scale-up environments.
• Hands-on people management with a coaching mindset.
• Tech-savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools.
• Fluent English.
