HR Manager, Lifecycle Contract Management - APAC

📋 Description

• Own planning, implementation and SLAs for lifecycle contracts in APAC.
• Lead a regional Lifecycle Contracts team across APAC (India, SE Asia, Japan).
• Report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Operations Contracts Management.
• Provide compliant global employment guidance with speed and precision.
• Collaborate across Ops, Product, Engineering, Legal and Customer Success on SOPs.
• Champion Remote values and Lifecycle goals inside and outside the company.

🎯 Requirements

• APAC HR operations across multiple countries with contracts management and labour law.
• Experience scaling HR operations across diverse APAC markets with local compliance.
• Fast-paced international scale-up experience.
• Hands-on people management with coaching mindset.
• Tech savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools.
• Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
