• Own lifecycle contracts management across APAC.

• APAC HR Operations across multiple countries; contracts & labour law.
• Scale HR Ops across diverse APAC markets; local compliance.
• Experience in fast-paced, international scale-up.
• Hands-on people management with coaching mindset.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools.
• Fluent English; startup/remote experience a plus.
• Safely manage confidential employee data per protocols.
