🎯 Requirements

• HR Ops across APAC with contracts management and labour law know-how
• Experience scaling HR Ops across APAC markets with local compliance
• Fast-paced, international scale-up experience
• Hands-on people management with coaching mindset
• Tech savvy; comfortable with digital tools
• Fluent English; remote-work experience a plus
• Strong data privacy and confidentiality practices
