• Hands-on people management of distributed, international teams.
• Experience in HR operations across multiple countries.
• Deep Time & Attendance compliance and wage/hour knowledge.
• APAC-focused T&A case resolution and policy interpretation.
• Fluent in English; strong written and spoken comms.
• Tech-savvy with digital tools and process automation.
