📋 Description

• Own planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle T&A team.
• Lead a distributed international team with SLA/KPI focus.
• Collaborate across Ops, Product, Engineering, Legal, and ER.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in T&A processes.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in T&A records.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws across APAC.

• APAC labor law knowledge and policy interpretation.
