• Lead planning and delivery for Lifecycle Time & Attendance.
• Manage international T&A operations with SLA/KPIs.
• Collaborate across Ops, Product, Engineering, Legal, ER to improve T&A.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in T&A tooling.
• Ensure data integrity and wage/hour compliance across jurisdictions.

• Hands-on people management of distributed international teams.
• International HR Ops across multiple countries.
• Deep Time & Attendance compliance knowledge (wage/hour, policy exceptions).
• APAC-focused T&A jurisdictional expertise.
• Tech-savvy with digital tools; process optimization and automation.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
