Own planning, implementation, and service delivery for Lifecycle Time & Attendance.
Lead APAC Time & Attendance operations and compliance.
Advise on wage/hour laws, policy exceptions, and disciplinary matters.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and ER teams.
Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in T&A processes.
Work in a fast-paced, remote, async scale-up environment.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on people management with distributed, international teams.
International HR Ops experience across multiple countries.
Deep T&A expertise, wage/hour compliance, policy handling globally.
Strong APAC labor law knowledge and policy resolution skills.
Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools to optimize processes.
Fluent English; strong data integrity and confidentiality.
