HR Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance - APAC

📋 Description

• People & Team Leadership: Lead and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
• Foster a positive remote, async culture across borders.
• Lead performance management and bi-annual evaluations.
• Drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision.
• SME on high-risk T&A issues and wage/hour disputes.
• Partner with Ops, Product, Eng, Legal, and ER to improve T&A processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Management & Coaching: Hands-on people management with a coaching mindset; distributed, international teams.
• International HR Ops: HR Operations across multiple countries.
• T&A & Compliance Expertise: Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance, wage/hour laws, policy exceptions, and disciplinary processes.
• Jurisdictional Focus: Deep knowledge of T&A case resolution, wage/hour compliance under APAC labor law.
• Environment: Fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
• Service & Drive: Service level environment (SLAs/KPIs) with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
