Manage full spectrum of human resource related activities including recruitment and manpower
Advise on all aspects of human resource including employment laws and best practices to the
Manage IR including counselling & disciplinary action.
Update, review and ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed and implemented.
Review and ensure for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
To authorize all claims, OT and allowance payment.

🎯 Requirements

5 – 10 years of experience in full spectrum of human resource.
Familiarity with HR functions and execution.
Bachelors degree in any related field
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Good communication skills.
A strong interest in people
