• Co-create and implement HR Strategy for JDEP NL according to the HR NE Strategy (HR Programs

• At least 7 years of solid HR experience
• People management experience preferred
• Experience from international FMCG, B2B or Retail preferred
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Results-focused, can-do attitude
• Comfortable navigating change, flexibility and resilience
