📋 Description

• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding, HR records.
• Oversee cross-border mobility across Saudi Arabia and UAE.
• Ensure compliance on Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher.
• Leverage SuccessFactors for data accuracy, payroll support, and processes.
• Coordinate with government authorities, PROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support UAE contracts, visa processes, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in payroll processing, HR generalist/shared services, and mobility in Gulf.
• Strong knowledge of local labor and immigration laws and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors, payroll software and Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
