📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding from offer to HR/department handover.
  • Conduct new hire orientations on policies, culture, and HR procedures.
  • Ensure timely setup of system access and HR accounts before start date.
  • Collaborate with TA, HR Ops, and departments to verify onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain proactive communication with new hires throughout onboarding.
  • Track onboarding progress and checklists; ensure HR/compliance steps complete.

  • Preferable in BPO/remote-first environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy for new employees.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; can manage multiple cycles.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, HRIS/ATS, onboarding tools.
  • Knowledge of LMS and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience developing onboarding docs or multimedia materials.
