🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in HR Operations, HRIS, or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS and data auditing/reporting.
• Ability to analyze processes and drive efficiency/standardization.
• Excellent customer service and clear written/verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
