Build and maintain HR operations efficiency; define processes for quality and cost.
Manage the employment life cycle: contracts, onboarding, relocations, terminations.
Maintain accurate data in Workday, payroll systems, and related HR tools.
Review and update HR policies to align with best practices and evolving laws.
Own International Assignee movements and oversee visa-related activities.
Maintain relationships with relocation, health insurance and tax providers.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
4+ years in HR Generalist/Operations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with process improvement and SOP development; building HR capabilities a plus.
Workday experience is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
