HR Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle with compliant service.
• Drive process standardization and maintain global SOPs; automate where possible.
• Optimize HR tech (Workday, Freshservice) and AI-powered workflows.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to boost productivity and insights.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services in a fast-paced global tech company.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), HR case management (Freshservice or similar).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools, workflow automation, or digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and HR ops best practices.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with bias for action.
