🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• CIPD membership or working towards qualification is desirable.
• At least 5 years' experience in HR Operations or HR Service Delivery, ideally within a complex
• Previous experience leading, managing or developing HR Operations or shared service teams.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and employee lifecycle processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data and identify trends.
