HR Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end HR ops across HK, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and experience.
• Oversee onboarding, including first-day prep and orientation.
• Manage day-to-day HR ops: changes, offboarding, payroll, immigration.
• Ensure HK compliance: Employment Ordinance, MPF, taxes, and leave calculations.
• Maintain HR systems and data integrity with governance.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT and vendors to deliver quality HR services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years HR Operations, HK market 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, salaries tax, and benefits.
• Immigration experience (IANG, Employment Visa, dependents).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; English & Cantonese.
• Proactive with process improvements and tech (AI tools).
