  • Process HR transactions in UKG and SuccessFactors (onboarding, offboarding, transfers)
  • Coordinate onboarding with managers, IT, and facilities
  • Assist HRBPs with leave of absence documentation
  • Answer routine HR queries and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records per policy and local regulations
  • Support end-to-end contract lifecycle from draft to filing

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years in HR administration or HR operations
  • Hands-on with HRIS platforms (UKG, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
  • Experience preparing contracts and using e-signature tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization
