Implement Agile methodologies and AI-driven improvements across employee lifecycle.
Translate SOX/regulatory requirements into scalable, tech-forward employee experiences.

🎯 Requirements

Strong business acumen with problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient with Google Suite, HRIS (Workday preferred), Jira (Jira Service Management), and ATS
Experience applying Agile project management to HR initiatives and AI-driven transformations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years HR experience; 3+ years in generalist or program manager
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
