HR Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing administration of Rippling, including entities
• Support the configuration and maintenance of payroll, benefits, employer and tax information, and
• Maintain accurate employee records, including compensation, job levels, employment information, and
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for full-time and part-time U.S. employees.
• Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, employee documentation, and other HR administrative
• Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR administration, payroll, benefits, and HR

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations supporting U.S. employees.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and administering Rippling, beyond simply using the
• Proven experience configuring entities, locations, employee records, payroll, benefits, job codes
• Experience supporting both full-time and part-time U.S. employees across HR administration
• Practical experience preparing offer letters and employment agreements and maintaining accurate
• Experience administering multi-state U.S. HR policies, including PTO, sick leave, overtime, and
