HR Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end HR lifecycle across countries, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Leverage AI tools to automate HR processes and improve employee experience.
• Maintain compliance by managing relationships with administrative stakeholders.
• Maintain BambooHR data accuracy and timely updates of employee status.
• Support payroll data processing, including bonuses, raises, and sick leave.
• Oversee benefits administration for compliance and accuracy.
• Proactively propose and implement AI-driven HR solutions to streamline operations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tech in HR and recommend innovative tools.
• Provide first-line HR support via ticketing system and escalate issues when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years HR experience; junior in operations/admin a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong interest and hands-on AI tools experience.
• Proactive with AI-driven improvements in workflows.
• Comfortable in AI-enabled, fast-evolving environment; eager to experiment.
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits, immigration, relocation.
