HR Operations Specialist (Onboarding & Engagement)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for all new hires.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding schedules, and docs.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and onboarding tasks.
• Lead employee engagement programs, celebrations, and events.
• Administer onboarding surveys and analyze feedback for action.
• Support HR administration and cross-department coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 2 years in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, or Employee Experience.
• Experience coordinating employee events, orientations, or engagement programs.
• Experience using HRIS and Learning Management Systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, HRIS, and survey tools.
• Knowledge of PH labor laws and HR compliance.
