Provide day to day support to HRBLs to support large groups while providing the right level of
Actively partner with People Services team to successfully deliver on cyclical processes and
Act as a liaison between client groups and the employee relations and people services teams to
Service as connection point to COEs to customize solutions and programs, as needed, to meet
Act as project lead for delivery of recurring HR services and core process (e.g., P&C process

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in Human Resources in a client-facing role
8+ years of experience in an HR and/or COE role – working knowledge required to apply COE
5+ years of experience working in a global and distributed work environment
Experience working in a shared service environment, preferred
Experience with project management
Experience with organization transformation and integrations
