HR Partner

📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated HR Partner and trusted advisor for assigned subsidiaries, departments, and
• Consult managers on the full employee lifecycle, proactive performance management, and labor law
• Upskill managers on early-stage performance management with legal compliance and pragmatic tactical
• Independently manage and resolve employee relations issues, performance exits, and disciplinary
• Co-steer, execute, and improve recurring HR processes such as performance review, compensation
• Act as the central driver for collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Office, Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalistic, consultative HR role, ideally in a fast-paced tech
• University degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Law, or a completed
• Strong knowledge of German/International labor law and modern employee management practices.
• Proven track record of advising, challenging, and building trust with business leads across
• Profound experience in full HR lifecycle management, including international relocation
• High proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Personio, Workday) and digital collaboration tools.
