📋 Description

• Process pre-payroll activities, ensuring adherence to German labor regulations
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather necessary payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation, including data for internal and external
• Ensure all records meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage exception processing, including special cases and one-off payments
• Forecast payroll expenses and generate analytical reports for management review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or a related field
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
• Experience with German payroll systems and a strong understanding of relevant labor regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in spreadsheet software
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple deadlines
