📋 Description

• Design multi-step HR tasks based on practical responsibilities including payroll, workforce
• Establish objective evaluation criteria and grading rubrics
• Design tasks that assess professional judgment and HR expertise
• Create and organize supporting documentation such as HR policies, payroll reports, and employment
• Ensure task quality and clarity by flagging ambiguous assignments
• Deliver approved assignments on time

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy implementation
• Experience developing, applying, or evaluating structured HR procedures and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with attention to detail
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2, preferably C1)
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is an advantage
