📋 Description

• Design Realistic HR Tasks: Develop multi-step assignments based on practical HR responsibilities
• Establish Objective Evaluation Criteria: Create structured grading rubrics and measurable standards
• Assess Professional Judgment: Design tasks that require interpretation, analysis, and application
• Prepare Supporting Documentation: Create, organize, or source relevant materials such as HR
• Ensure Task Quality and Clarity: Identify and flag ambiguous or incomplete assignments.
• Meet Project Deadlines: Deliver approved assignments on time and per quality expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy
• Experience developing, applying, or evaluating structured HR procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, reports, policy documents, and employment agreements.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is an advantage but not mandatory.
