📋 Description

• Design realistic multi-step HR tasks covering payroll operations, workforce planning, policy
• Establish objective evaluation criteria with structured grading rubrics and measurable standards
• Assess professional judgment by designing tasks that require interpretation, analysis, and
• Prepare supporting documentation including HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, employment
• Ensure task quality and clarity by identifying ambiguous or incomplete assignments
• Meet project deadlines and deliver approved assignments according to timelines and quality

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy implementation
• Experience developing, applying, or evaluating structured HR procedures and compliance frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information and develop objective
• Confidence working across spreadsheets, operational reports, policy documents, and employment
• Strong English communication skills with B2 proficiency minimum; C1 preferred
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory
