📋 Description

• Design realistic HR tasks covering payroll, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle
• Establish objective evaluation criteria and structured grading rubrics
• Create tasks requiring interpretation and application of HR expertise
• Prepare supporting documentation including policies and payroll reports
• Ensure task quality and flag ambiguous assessments
• Meet project deadlines and follow requirements

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of payroll or HR operations experience
• Expertise in HR process design and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with objective assessment standards
• Confident with spreadsheets and HR documentation
• Fluent written and verbal English (B2/C1 preferred)
• Relevant HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is an advantage
