📋 Description

• Design realistic multi-step HR tasks covering payroll operations, workforce planning, policy
• Establish objective evaluation criteria and structured grading rubrics to ensure consistent and

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy
• Experience developing, applying, or evaluating structured HR procedures, policies, compliance
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, operational reports, policy documents, employment agreements
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 proficiency; C1 preferred).
• HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory.
