📋 Description

• Design multi-step assignments based on practical HR responsibilities, including payroll operations
• Create structured grading rubrics and measurable standards for consistent assessment
• Design tasks requiring interpretation, analysis, and application of HR expertise rather than simple
• Create, organize, or source supporting materials including HR policies, payroll reports, headcount
• Identify and flag ambiguous, incomplete, or unreliable assignments; ensure only well-defined tasks
• Deliver approved assignments according to established timelines, quality expectations, and project

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy
• Experience developing, applying, or evaluating structured procedures such as HR policies, payroll
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information, apply consistent
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, operational reports, policy documents, employment agreements
• Strong English communication skills with a minimum B2 proficiency; C1 preferred
• An HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory
