• Support onboarding with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, and managers.
• Guide ongoing performance management and career development.
• Manage respectful offboarding and conduct exit interviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven HR advisor experience in fast-paced organisations.
• Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Poland employment law and practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels.
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
• Payroll experience ensuring a positive payday.
