HR Projects Lead (M&A & Transformation)

📋 Description

• Lead the People workstream for acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.
• Coordinate due diligence identifying workforce, benefits and compliance risks.
• Build practical integration plans, governance structures, risk logs, and comms.
• Partner with Legal on transfer methods, documentation and jurisdiction risks.
• Align benefits, payroll, onboarding and data harmonisation with Centres of Excellence.
• Ensure positive employee experience via clear communications and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, Law, PM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of progressive HR project management, M&A or HR transformation experience.
• Experience leading people aspects of mergers, acquisitions or post-acquisition integration.
• Practical understanding of end-to-end M&A people lifecycle: due diligence, transfers, onboarding, and communications.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
