HR Projects Lead (M&A & Transformation)

📋 Description

• Lead People workstream for acquisitions, divestments, transfers and post-acquisition integrations.
• Coordinate people due diligence, identifying workforce and compliance risks.
• Develop integration plans, governance, logs, risk registers and comms.
• Partner with Legal on transfer methods and documentation.
• Coordinate benefits, payroll, onboarding, and data harmonisation.
• Ensure a positive employee experience through clear comms and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, Law, PM or related field, or equivalent.
• Several years in HR project management, M&A or HR transformation.
• Experience leading the people aspects of mergers, acquisitions and transfers.
• End-to-end M&A people lifecycle incl due diligence, transfers, onboarding.
• Strong PM skills with multi-workstream, risks, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience across countries/cultures; fluent English; extra languages a plus.
