📋 Description

• Lead HR projects across functions, geographies, and teams.
• Partner with HR BPs and leaders to improve tools, processes.
• Manage projects from planning to implementation with milestones.
• Use data to define success metrics and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with HR Data to surface trends informing decisions.
• Help develop scalable HR processes aligned with priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years HR or program mgmt exp.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional HR projects (HR systems, onboarding, compliance)
• Proficient with HRIS and data (Workday, Tableau, Excel).
• Track record of improving HR programs to support growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex topics.
• PM training/certification (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
