HR Projects Manager

📋 Description

• Lead design and execution of HR projects across functions and geographies
• Partner with HR BPs and leaders to improve tools, processes, and programs
• Drive projects from planning to implementation with milestones and communications
• Use data to define success metrics and monitor progress
• Collaborate with HR Data to surface trends for decision-making
• Ensure alignment with culture, strategy, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or 4+ years in HR or program management
• 6+ years leading cross-functional HR projects (systems, processes, or policy)
• Willing to travel up to 10%
• Able to work extended hours or weekends when required
• Must be able to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
• This is a full-time onsite role based in Starbase, TX. Remote work will not be considered
