• Provide regional HR Technology delivery across Europe
• Ensure stable, responsive service and employee experience
• Manage incidents, requests, and service performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
• Experience in HR Technology, HRIT, or Service Delivery
• Experience supporting HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Strong knowledge of incident, request, and release management
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
• Analytical mindset with root-cause analysis and improvement
