📋 Description

• Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Act as primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle
• Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive cases, attend calls/meetings, draft
• Partner Management: Build/manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR legal
• International HR & Consultation: First point of contact for client queries on benefits
• In-Country Expertise: Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe.
• Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment contracts and risk

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: 3+ years of HR experience
• Minimum: Fluent French and English (additional languages a bonus)
• Minimum: Deep expertise of labour laws across Southern Europe with focus on France (portage
• Minimum: Experience supporting complex employee relations
• Minimum: Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills
• Minimum: Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom & Slack
