📋 Description

• Responsible for hiring activities in SEA countries for the Consumer Products Division, as per
• Manage the full recruitment cycle up to 80 -100 hires annually.
• Collaborate closely with line managers to ensure a seamless hiring process, consistently meeting
• Support local administrative and C&B matters, contributing to overall organizational efficiency.
• Assist on HR Policies and Implementation.
• Provide HR guidance as needed for the office, employment contracts preparation, arrange newcomers’

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent command of English communication, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR especially in recruitment, with a proven hiring record.
• Knowledge of SAP, LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities.
• Humble, enthusiastic and rigorous, with a taste for the field.
