📋 Description

• Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding
• Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings
• Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR
• International HR & Consultation: Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits
• In-Country Expertise: Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe to provide
• Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment contracts and risk

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience
• We require a fluent Italian and English - additional languages are a bonus.
• Deep expertise of labour laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across
• Experience supporting complex employee relations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom &amp
