Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations
Manage sensitive employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation
Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors
Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning
Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in EMEA
Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of HR experience
Deep expertise of regional labour laws
Experience supporting complex employee relations
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom &amp
Language skill: German (preferred)
