HR Specialist / Business Partner

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance mgmt, career development, and offboarding.
• Advise management on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Support performance management, roundtables, budget discussions, and rewards communications.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees with HR queries.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) to support HR tasks.
• Localize global HR processes and ensure local compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and HR processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; partner at all levels.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus; willing to do operational recruitment.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP).
