  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance mgmt, career development, and offboarding.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and HR processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; partner at all levels.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus; willing to do operational recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP).
