Coordinates and implements New Employee Orientation (NEO) program and ensures attendance by all new
Assists in preparation of all reports required by contract.
Oversees/monitors candidate background checks and other compliancy documentation in hiring process.
Prepares and makes job offers to applicants.
Administers recruitment, screening and hiring program for all center staff.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
One-year related experience required.
Experience working with diverse populations.
A valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
