Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth
Manage sensitive employee relations cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound
Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in EMEA to provide actionable guidance.
Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of HR experience
Deep expertise of regional labour laws
Experience supporting complex employee relations
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom &amp
