📋 Description

• Own HRIS admin for Workday HCM across core modules
• Lead end-to-end SDLC for People systems
• Translate business needs into PRDs, flows, and test plans
• Manage semi-annual Workday releases: evaluation, testing, change comms
• Oversee integrations (Workday, Greenhouse, VNDLY, Payroll)
• Shape AI architecture and automation across HR tech

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Workday HCM administration as a named system owner
• Greenhouse ATS and VNDLY experience
• SOX ITGC compliance and control ownership
• ServiceNow HRSD configuration; SOX documentation
• Databricks/SQL for people analytics pipelines
• AI/LLM evaluation and Moveworks platform experience
